I have had T-Mobile since 2006 and I have gotten service everywhere until I moved to Hermitage tn. Now my family has no service due to signal issues. I pay a 200 dollar phone bill a month and have 5 lines on my account through them. I am very upset about this. I feel as though I am just throwing money away. What good is a cell phone if you can not use it.

I have been with T-Mobile since 2006 and I was very pleased with them until recently when I moved to Hermitage. I have 5 lines on my account and none of us have service at all. I pay over 200 dollars a month for phones we can not use. Then they tell me that if I want out of my contract I will have to pay them 1000.00 dollars. This is rediculous they are not even trying to give us phones that have wii fi calling on them. They are saying that I need to pay for them. That can get very expensive when you have 5 phones that do not work. This is rediculous.

Had to take TWO Droid 2's back. Got very weak signal, always dropped the calls that got through. Mother-in-law not happy... That part not really so bad. Iphone 3GS works just fine.

Go with Us Cellular and you never be let down

Over the years (5 or more) the service with Sprint has continued to decrease. There are more dropped calls, and lots of times when I cannot connect while people around me are making connections with their servce. About to switch in Hermitage

Most people who have problems with Sprint service, it because they picked up the cheapest phone possible. Sprint service is excellent in Nashville. With my sanyo phone I can go almost anywhere (including most basements) and get good signal. This was not the case with the Samsung phone I had prior. After switching phones things were so much better. Sprint service is excellent for travel too, except through patches of Virginia (does anything work in Virginia?) Sprint is excellent and I even use their internet plan through my phone which has been great.
