Around Norris Lake reception is very spotty. Arround the front door to the back door are the only places where reception is clear enough to have a conversation. We do not have a metal roof.

AT&T needs more towers here in Campbell County. I was told there were not enough people to spend more money on towers in this location. I can not use it at work at all. Also, when I bought this plan I was told that it would use exsisting towers. My Verizon plan / phone worked in this area. So why can't AT&T use their towers? The reason I went with AT&T is because it was a cheaper price for the plan. I guess you get what you pay for.
