I cant believe how awesome the iPhone is. By spending a few extra bucks on a better phone and on the rate plan each month I get a lot better reception. I have also noticed the quality of customer support is better. I'm sure cs noticed I had a junky, cheap phone and the lowest rate plan possible, thus cuasing customer service to treat me as if I meant nothing to them. I tried a cricket, sprint, us cell, and Verizon and most, with the exception of Verizon had terrible voice quality. Calls sounded like the perosn was talking thourgh a paper towel tube. AT&T is the best with call quality. Also, I dont expect cell carriers to provide service everwhere. Coverage is plenty ample for me. If adding more towers means increasing rate plans, then don't do it, let those living in none coverage areas move into coverage areas.

Have had USCellular service since 1994. Can't remember the last time I had a dropped call while in Knox Co. Just wish they had a better selection of phones.

U.S. Cellular has the best coverage by far all over Knoxville and even the surrounding rural areas. It's so dependable I got rid of my landline years ago. Not to mention the customer service is actually very, very helpful.

I get pretty much perfect coverage in all of northeast Knoxville from downtown all the way through Halls. Haven't had any issues with dropped calls within the city limits but reception does start getting spotty farther up Tazwell Pike (towards the Union Co. line between Tazwell and Hwy. 33). About the only area I *always* have trouble in is Chert Pit Rd. in West Knoxville. The road itself is alright, just the subdivisions off the road (namely westop) have major issues because of poor tower placement and tons of hills. US Cellular works fine in the same areas, for the most part.

US Cellular has consistent coverage and good capacity with inner city cell panels of local buildings and towers to ensure strong coverage. Plus voice quality is better than Verizon.
