We had AT&T for the longest time until our service was dead. The customer service was horrible too. We switch to Verizon the other day, and the service is more reliable then AT&T. I had a Samsung but it picked up horrible service, so I took it back and got the LG and it picks up great service. My hubby got the Motorola and he loves it. We are happy with Verizon so far. The rep said to stay away from Nokia and Smsungs.
And I thought we were the only ones..Our Verizon service is about as bad as it gets. Dead..The batteries have to be charged 2-3 times a day. Will not keep a charge. You would think that turning them off would not sap the batteries.WRONG.On or off it doesn't matter. Verizon said they didn't want to lose us as customers so we have back and forth batteries four times. Then the charger must be bad.WRONG. Out of 4 months service and 388.00 later we have only been able to use the phones from other areas when traveling. Only 34 minutes of calls out of the lowest of 700 per month.Oh--34 minutes in 4 months. If we could keep the phones charged and use them like we are supposed to do that's is all we ask. If not then we don't need to be paying almost $88 per month. We could do like the person above and throw in the towel------at $175 a phone or $300.
