Verizon picks up pretty good for me except when traveling from Maynardville to Halls. All the way from Hensley's IGA to almost all the way to Halls it will not get any signal... .I've tried 3 different phones and all are the same... .otherwise it picks up well. Verizon customer service is terrible though!

This is a good phone. The battery life is very low and its frustrating when you talk as much as I do and you are charging your phone more than talking on it. They need to upgrade the battery life in these phones. Then I would say they are perfect

As long as we stay in the kitchen or living room of our house and near a window we can get two and sometimes three bars to make a call. We have to leave our phones in the window in the living room all the time so people can call us. We have a family plan with multiple phones. Anyway if we move the phones no one can call us. If it is cloudy outside we cannot call out and no one can call in it just says no service. I have to get all the way into Halls Crossroads at the Krogers to get four bars, but when inside Kroger it depends on where you are at in the store on if you can call out or not. I got the phone for my office as I work out of the house along with extra phones for the family. I cannot even use my phone in my office which is right beside the kitchen. Now if I go outside up against the walls of the house it works near all the rooms of the house except the living room and the kitchen. Sometimes I have to walk down the driveway quite a ways (long driveway) to get a signal to call out when it is a cloudy day. It does not always have to be cloudy it can just be a little hazy and the phones cannot be used. Cingular is the best I have tried of Verizon, US Cellular and other companies in this location to see if it works. Plus we have purchased I have no idea how many different phones on each plan until we got one with Cingular that worked better than the rest, but still not good. We have two towers near here as well. I am told we are only a couple of miles each direction from both towers. We are in the middle of them and cannot even get a decient bit of service.
