As soon as I leave the City, service is extreamly poor. I roam a lot on Verizon. I plan of switching to Verizon and getting the Palm Pre Plus this weekend. Stay away from Sprint!

I got horrible reception on Mus Island. So much so that I paid the $10 extra a month for roaming and set my phone on automatic roaming. 9 times out of 10 I was using other carrier's towers. In the end, Sprint ended up having to pay these companies so often that they asked us (I was on a family plan with people in Ohio) to switch carriers before the end of our 2 yr contract.

Never a dropped call on any Sprint cell phone in this location. Eight years and counting...

i have to go outside to use my phone. my husband's phone doesn't even ring inside the house. sprint's coverage in this area is garbage.

Almost every call drops out at this location. This is a terrible area for Sprint. Very little trouble in other parts of city or country that we visit.

I cannot sit in my recliner and talk. I have to get up and go in the kitchen.

Reception has been very spotty for the 2 years I've lived here. Frequent dropped calls and sometimes I can only get analog service. It's actually one of the reasons I'm switching from Sprint. I believe this location is just simply a dead-spot. In the rest of Memphis, I tend to have no problems.

I get good reception all over the city. Never drop calls. Clear from Memphis all the way to Jackson TN.

Just switched to Sprint PCS. Very good reception out east on Winchester. No dropped calls and good signal strength. Have the Samsung A560 phone, works for me, basic and very solid.

In my home the signal averages 2 bars. There are two spots in the kitchen where there is a full signal. the calls drop if I dnot sit / stand still. There simialar service in the Whitehaven are
