Got great reception everywhere until AT&T took over now no reception in house. My phone usually doesn't work until I get to Saundersville Rd. near Lakeview Elementary school. My family have 3 differant kind of phones they all get the same reception. Have not been happy since AT&T took over.

Prior to Cingular taking over AT&T, I had excellent reception for years across the entire nation with AT&T one-rate. Shortly after Cingular took over, my coverage declined to unusable when commuting around Nashville. Maybe it's a plot to get cell phone users to congregate under cell phone towers vs. using your cell phone while driving :-) I miss AT&T and I've dropped Cingular as useless.

I have little to no service while in mount Juliet. Inside or out side. Bounce in and out of roam all day. I work and live here and its a big problem, but they show great service. 4G coverage is a joke. Well to be honest any coverage in Nashville is unreliable.

WOW. After 4.5 years I finally have reception with my TMobile cell phone at home. I had written the report dated in November 06 and had finally reached the end of my contract this month when I suddenly have service at home! There is a new tower located off N. Mt Juliet Rd and Saundersville Rd. Since we have so many hills and valleys the reception is not constant even in my neighborhood but I am finally able to sit in my own home and receive and place calls. THANK YOU TMOBILE. I might even resign and get a really nice phone now.

I have had T-Mobile for over 4 years and while the service in Nashille has been (up until last year) good, there is no reception at my home and around the lake area. I have changed phones, upgraded sims, tried new phones, everything they have asked and NOTHING helps. This year I began dropping calls on I-440 and at the off ramps of I-40 at Hermitage. I recxently had to get a new phone and went with the aboslutely cheapest model in order to complete my contract when I will be changing services. Top contenders are Verizon or Sprint. I would like to know if anyone at the Saundersville Ferry / Beth Dr / Lovell Dr. has either service and if they are happy with that service.

I don't get any reception at my house. My phone says I have bars but also displays the NO SERVICE symbol. T-Mobile said I should be able to use Cingular's tower when T-Mobile's out of reach, but it says "emergencie's only" when I try to make a call. It also says "not allowed" when I try to manually connect to Cingular's tower. WHAT's UP W / THAT?! I have tried to talk to T-Mobile all week to get it fixed, still no luck. One person told me if I changed to a Nationwide plan that it would fix the problem, welp guess what, it didn't :( It's to expensive to pay for if you can't even make calls from home!

I know that part of my reception problem is my phone, but T-Mobile coverage is most of the problem. Within less than a mile, I can go from 1 bar to full, and then back down to 1 or 2. The phone doesn't help, either. I work in Nashville (37210) and I get terrible reception there, too, unless I go outside. At home (in a very large sub-division), I don't have service unless I take my phone out of my pocket. The service is just not good enough. I will be switching to Cingular as soon as I can.
