I had AT&T when I first moved here. In my apt I got no service at all. I made the switch to Verizon and I have been on their 4G network ever since. I have been downtown Nashville in heavy traffic and all my bars are maxed out. In Murfreesboro I see full bars and no dropped calls. I love my switch and my phone. I'm completely happy with my choice.

Reception depends on where you are on the 3-mile stretch of road. In some spots along the road you will drop calls altogether.

Verizon's reception is by far the best out there! I have traveled all over the US and never had problems. (Even in rural areas!) I have multiple family members / friends with other carriers and they get dropped calls and / or no coverage in places frequently.

Any problems are rare. I consistently get good performance out of this cheap Motorola and long battery. Life to boot. Verizon has TN covered like white on rice... even the boonies.
