Sprint service (I have had them for 5+ years) used to be awesome in Nashville. Now on the way home from (Airport area) the phone will not work and has 3 dead spots in a 5 mile drive home. Its useless. I have gone from having wonderful experiences to having a very bad one. I have done PRL (phone) updates, Roaming updates etc and nothing has worked to improve the area. Ironically I have 5 bars at work (where I dont need it) and only 3 or 4 at work. Best guess is that Sprint is falling from thier lofty heights from a few years ago.

Always a good signal in this area both outside and in my apartment on Acklen Park right off of West End. I've lived in Nashville a couple of months now and I get consistent coverage around town from T-Mobile. I usually switch providers whenever my contract is up just to get a new deal on phone and plan, but T-Mobile works so well for me I might keep it.

I almost always get a full bar except when I am home. When I am home I get about 2-3 bars depending on where in the house I am.My wife has a Sony Ericsson T610 and she barely gets any reception (I guess it might be because her phone has a internal antennae).

In the Cancer Center (PRB), I get little to no service in interior rooms and hallways. I get good service in external rooms on the west side of the building. Through Robinson, I get a better signal. Probably due to where the hallway is. Usable signal in MCN. Almost nothing in MCE (with my previous phone).

Excellent signal inside and out of my apartments. I got a unit on top of a hill so there aren't many terrain problems. Great reception around the area and into Bellevue, West Meade, and West Nashville.

We typically have no problems, but sometimes, our phones will drop calls for no apparent reason. We are on the very top of a hill and Channel 4 is on the next hill over. The only thing I can figure is their signals drown ours out on occassion.

This phone has always had poor reception. For the first year I was missing calls in east Nashville and south Nashville and did not even know it. The original phone I had with Sprint did not exhibit this problem. When I went back to Sprint with my complaint on the phone but they said the phone only had a 12-month warranty and I was in the 15th month of use. Since Sprint was not willing to rectify the problem I had only just confirmed as a phone problem I decided to change carriers. Sprint does great commercials but their real-world service leaves a lot to be desired. My 2-yr agreement runs out the end of March - then it's bye bye Sprint.

9 times out of 10 I am cut off at this intersection. This is the only area in Nashville / Hendersonville that I have a problem. I was with Cingular for several years and lost calls all over Nashville. Have been with Verizon for 5 years and overall have been very pleased with the service. Just wish their rates were better.

The phone revices really bad reception in Lewis, in and around mayfield. The phone will connect for about 1 minute and then drop the call. You can visually see the bars go down and drop the call. The phone was 400 dollars and I am very dissappointed.
