Desk clerk said every carrier EXCEPT AT&T has reception here. That's not good at all. In a major tourist attraction like Pigeon Forge and you can't provide your customers with service? In the year 2011? And other carriers can?... ehh

Connections for calls seem fine at 1 - 2 bars, Keeps fading between 3g and Edge connections. Data connection on Edge is useless but if you get in the right spot for 3G data connection is great at 1 - 2 bars. During the day the connection drops much more than at night. There seems to be a tower added in the last couple of years off of Veterns parkway near DollywoodI think it is AT&T great connection near it, but hidden springs has a mountain between the tower and it so single is reflected a lot.

AT&T sucks---bring back cingular. I have alot less reception since AT&T merged with cingular--They have the fewest dropped calls because if you cant connect, you cant drop the call... lol
