T-Mobile 0 Out of 5 Phone Model: Samsung SGH-X495	T-Mobile has great customer service, but unfortunately, they do not bother to tell you where their towers are, or if you have coverage where you live. They would not let me out of my contract, even though my phone went into emergency mode, and would not let me make any calls. The service rep talked me into ordering a new phone, even though the one I was using was less than a year old. It didn't help, so finally, after throwing a fit, they allowed me to cancel my contract and give me credit for the phone, but would not even send me a UPS label to send it back with, and would not accept it back any other way. I would recommend T-Mobile ONLY if you live near a tower.
