I used to have 4 or 5 bars and GREAT service when I had my old HTC Mogul phone and then we had a wind storm and had wind gust's that exceeded 50mph and the next day I had 1 to 0 bars. I called Sprint many times and finally told them after about the 15th complaint that I didn't have service anymore that I was leaving and going to Verizon. When they heard that they hooked me up to a dept. called Air-Rave Tech Support. Air- Rave sent me a machine that hooked up to my broadband modem and after about 45 minutes I had 5 bars anywhere in my house and even outside about 20 feet from the walls of my house and they didn't charge me for the Air-Rave or the monthly service. Then about 2 years later they came out with a new machine that would give me Data called the Airvana. I have had it for 6 months and it works great except for the most important exchange my wife has to call from our house and that is her work. My wife is a WOCN RN nurse and she is in control of 15 counties or wherever there is a hospital owned by the one she works for. It is impairative she be able to get in touch with doctor's and other nurses and her boss when she is on call. But since we have owned the Airvana she can not so for that reason we will be changing over to Verizon.
