Verizon 2 Out of 5 Phone Model: Samsung A607	Sometimes, reception is fine. Sometimes, I won't get a ring on an incoming call. Also, I just tried find the status of a $75 "Customer Loyalty" rebate and a $50 "Customer Appreciation" rebate. I've been bounce around to 3 phone numbers and the Verizon website doesn't recognize my number. How do these people stay in business?
