0 Out of 5 (0 stars) | Westlake Dr., Austin, TX 78746 |

While the speeds are fast in some area's, 1 / 2 of Westlake Dr. is either in E service or not working. The maps says 4G LTE but, its not accurate. In addition, the network is slow in downtown, zilker, and tarrytown. NO service when entering buildings in this area. Verizon is better option.

I can't reliably make or receive calls at home. I've never seen either 3G or 4G on my phone while at home, except for one time. It lasted about 15 minutes. Unfortunately, I didn't have to call anyone at that time.

Moved to Austin, TX from another state a month ago. I have had very poor service on all the lines on my family plan. Tech support suggested putting a booster in the house but that does not help when I am not at home because calls drop all the time, even with wi-fi turned on and connected. After being with T-Mobile for over 10 years should I reconsider switching? I don't think T-Mobile is listening to the customers. Revenue cannot happen without customers. Think about that T-Mobile. I urge anyone experiencing the same dilemma as me to post a note, voice your thoughts so that T-Mobile does something about it

Hit and miss - mostly miss, was wondering why no replies to texts - becausee morph sent or do not receive replies. Poor reception and chronic dropped calls, I do receive iPhone messages to my iPhone but other carriers - not good. Heard all carriers are bad. What to do?

Have constant dropped calls and seldom more than one bar signal strength. Horrible service! Reviews suggest other carriers are little if any better. What to do??

No reception in house. Minimal outside on porch. Expensive. Will switch providers soon when I figure out who has the best reception on the east side of Austin. Leaning toward Tmobile

I live very close to tower and I get a very strong signal when initially connected to the strongest cell, but T-Mobile quickly rotates phone to weakest cell and phone drops off network inside my home. New phone from t mobile did the same. Area has too many customers, T-Mobile no longer able to offer reliable phone service as a result. If you used to have good service, it is likely degradation of that service is due to T-Mobile selling more plans than they have the capacity to reliably support in your area. I had a fun ride while it lasted, but T-Mobile's wonderful customer service is now just chrome plating on a turd.

Calls drop on a regular basis. Only using this phone for business. Most disconcerting.

Very poor reception of data in the area. good prices for service but can't use data until you drive out of the area. this goes for Virgin Mobile as well because they use the Sprint network also.

I agree with others my phone doesn't work most of the time in my home. I will be talking or move my head and the signal drops. It use to work great when we first moved here 14 years ago. Either there is not enough towers for the amount of people that has moved into the area or they have lowered the power of the signal. We do have more electronics in the house an I pad. I went to the store on William cannon and they gave me a booster but even the booster doesn't get much power. I called the store to have a repair person come out and they told me someone would call me by Fri. It has been about 3 weeks and I still haven't hear from anyone.
