Can not use my iPhone inside my home. Do not get alerts or notifications of texts or emails. I constantly see neighbors outside making cell phone calls. Service is terrible.

Tmobile has been my carrier for 7 years now. Prior to having the LTE frequency I had poor coverage. With the purchase and installation of the LTE in the United states I LOOOOOVE my service. Not only do I pay a good taste but I have crazy download speeds. I clocked in 37 mbs a second which is faster then my wifi. I get 4g LTE everywhere I go here in Austin and every month in gets better. I saw alot of negative comments on here about coverage but I have yet to drop down to edge unless I am driving put to San Antonio or Houston my coverage drops to edge which is just phone calls for about 3 to 4 miles of the trip then jumps right back up. I am so happy that gave reinvested back into the company. I use my Internet so much I can't imagine how much I would pay in overages with AT&T or verizon. Shoot I can even share my internet with other ppl with the free Hotspot capability they give you. I also took a trip to Mexico city and took advantage of the free data roaming, international texting and wifi calling. It all worked like a charm and I didn't recieve any crazy charges. Everything was free just like they said. I am so happy I stuck it out with Tmobile. I can't wait to see how much more they grow this year.

T-Mobile

1 Out of 5 (1 star) | AMLI ON 2ND, Austin, TX 78701 |

Poor to No Reception. Switch to 2g and reception improves sometimes. In general there's poor signal all round when youre on the street between tall buildings and often none to very poor reception indoors. Even on the 12th floor of AMLI ON 2ND facing lady bird lake / farmers market the reception is very poor.

The signal was always terrible since I moved to Austin. I can't even load a video on You Tube. This is my last month with this company.

I also have the air rave and sitting in front of the air rave in my home I do not have reception. I have dropped calls all the time. I have never seen 4G like they advertise. everytime I call customer service they tell me the area that I live in has the best coverage ever. They do offer the best plan, but when it comes to coverage and reliability I would rather pay more money and be assured of having coverage and no drop calls. I am constantly on the phone and it is aggravating when in the middle of a conversation, the line goes dead.

I just got T-Mobile two weeks ago and extremely disappointed. I haven't been able to make a phone call without it either dropping the call or it will cut off so bad during a conversation I end up hanging up in frustration. My husband even got the booster for the house which didn't make a difference. They have great customer service but without a good connection doesn't matter how friendly or helpful they are.

No data or phone reception in East Austin CR 969 from Decker Lane all the way to the Austin Colony neighborhood past the toll. Please bring T-Mobile towers this way. I left AT&T and I think I made a big mistake so please help us.
