Text messages do not go through. Do not even think about making a call from the parking lot. I have dropped calls over city. I tried to call Sprint from the lower deck of Ih35 to HWY 290 to 130 it would not stop dropping the calls until I got past Palmer 7 miles of dropped calls and they call it service if it was a restaurant we would walk out, oh forgot they want a $250 tip for their quality service.

Very bad reception in the house - unusable to talk. Have tried this with other phones and carriers in the same year and Verizon is consistently the worst for our area.

Every since Sprint switched to 4 G LTE, I am getting spotty coverage all over the Austin Area, bad at my home and almost non-existent at my office, can't even send receive Text messages. When is Sprint going to FIX THIS!

We switched to Sprint a few months ago, and the service has always been spotty, but it's been... well, you can't really even call it "service" anymore since we can't use our phones at our house. Calls are dropped repeatedly *every time* we make a call. And that's assuming we can even get a call to go out. Incoming calls are even worse. They don't show up, so we don't even know if we're missing them. We've called and been told they're doing maintenance, which seems to be the standard line, and we've done the online chat with a representative to diagnose the problem. Guess what, it's not our phone. But since going through that process and updating some stuff, now I can't even leave a voicemail for my wife if she's at our house. It rings about 8 times and then a recording comes on saying they can't complete the call. So we're paying them gobs of money every month for essentially nothing. The salt on the wound was when we called their service center and the call dropped a couple of times. They called back and asked us to use another phone to talk with them. I suppose irony is lost on corporate America.

I had AT&T for a while and the service was good but cost was too high. Decided to switch over to Sprint because it was substantially cheaper. Now I know why they are so cheap. Coverage is horrible for both phone calls and data. The data is slower than watching paint dry if you can even get data. I am now looking at Verizon because AT&T is still priced too high.

Absolutely horrendous service. Considering getting a landline to be able to talk. Data reception is poor throughout the area and have on average 3-4 dropped calls a week.

I just moved to Austin and at my home down in Circle C we have a decent signal outdoors, but only a single bar inside our house. When at work in downtown Austin, I actually have no signal at all, there's an X over the bar icon. Until Sprint implements the 800Mhz band for 4G, their service will continue to be unusable in my opinion

Neither of our phones keep reception while in our home neighborhood. I haven't had a home phone in 10 years, but I had to add one back so that we can make calls when at home.
