My phone is through Cingular. I get perfect reception with my phone in other places around the area where other phones only have 2 or 3 bars. I am happy with my Cingular and I will continue with Cingular. My friend has trouble with his phone all the time and he has had Verizon, Nextel, Sprint, T-Mobile and they all have bad reception compaired to mine.

When my Verizon fails - I pick up my Cingular. Everyonce in a while I will have bad reception but very rarely drop a call with cingular.

I loose reception going over the San Bernard bridge on FM 2611 everytime. If I am talking to someone, I let them know I am about to go over the bridge and I will loose the call. I can pick it a call up at my driveway about 3 miles away but I will lose the call everytime. No reception in my house what so ever on the San Bernard River.
