	Hate,hate,hate AT&T. Extremely poor service where I live. Surrounding areas fine. I live in the city but our whole sub-division is a dead zone. Neighbors went with Verizon and have excellent service. Can't wait till contract is up. Will never go AT&T again. Very poor customer service. If I'm lucky have one bar, most of the time have x, for no service at all. Will retrieve text messages next day when I leave my house. GO VERIZON if you live east of Refro.

	Built a metal building out back and get zero reception inside. Inside home we only get 2 bars.

	Have had no dropped calls (GSM / EDGE), although other friends with AT&T have. I think it has more to do with the great reception I get with my phone. Maybe, maybe not, but I've had no problems. Just about always have 4-5 bars.

	My Nextel service spends mas much out of service as it does in service and that is giving them more than they deserve

	We have several models. Lost calls, bad reception on all. Have not tried switching Carriers, but would like to on all 10 phones.

	Dropped calls, fluctuating receptin strength. Inside building is is huge problem. I no longer carry the phone with me much. It is not dependable enough.
