dropped calls, calling my wife's phone from my phone in the same room ( on the same family plan ) goes directly to voice mail, her phone sits there and does not ring. she gets the voice mail 2 minutes later.

Really great reception, I have lived in this area for over a year and have had 0 dropped calls and no static or problems with internet connection or phone reception I love T-Mobile I am so upset that ATT bought them now I am switching to Verizon and hoping for the best

Unable to make calls in my own home without call dropping. Dropped call percentage is at least 80 percent.

I get amazing reception. I never have dropped calls and they are always clear. My work phone is with AT&T and I always drop calls, or they are very hard to hear. I forward my work phone to my personal cell so I know I will be able to hear.

I have been all over Texas with my T-Mobile Wing this year in 2008 and I have service everywhere I go unless I am in a small town some where in the middle of no where with high Trees.

Sprint has horrible reception inside my home and around my neighborhood. When I stand outside or go for a walk I get a max of 1 bar. Switched to T-Mobile, excellent reception.

I have always good reception, but the T-Mobile always send my incoming calls to voicemail, I have been dealing with this for a long time, now I'm looking for another carrier that can solve this problems since my cellphone is my business line.

no reception in any homes, poor recetpion outside, just not a good choice

I have been dealing with this for about a year and thought it was the phone. Got the phone exchanged under warranty and still no improvement. I work from my home and do need good reception. Contract ends next month, may go with Verizon.

just switched to this phone, great device. I do get some dropped calls and didn't before. dropped calls are going happen no matter what. nature of the beast.that's technology. Man made.

I live three blocks East and South of Josey and Hebrom and I get terrible reception in my house. I have to go outside for the phone to work reliably. This is s huge problem since I office in my home and my customers call my cell about half the time. I'm alweays getting in the car and making it two blocks from the house and then getting notice that I have messages, some of them two days old. I had the same problem with my T-Moble phone but switched to Cingular last December. I just looked up the tower locations and there is supposedly a tower about a half mile from here at Josey and Rosemead. You would think I'd get good reception.

i have had Sprint for about 19 months now and service sucks Di(%. my father has Verizon and his is very good in 95% of the time. he says he has had only 1-2 dropped calls. so I cant wait until my 2 year contract ends. I would just end the contract now but they will charge me $245. I cant wait to get Verizon and be IN! Sprint is only good with phones and downloads, etc, But no reception. I would call and ask them what the problem is but they say it is my phone. I have had 2 phones with them and they say the same thing. they charge outragious prices for nothing. so stay far from Sprint unless you're sure of good service in your area.

Near and inside apartment- poor reception. Contacted Cingular but they are in denial... They should read these sites.

Zero reception in our house. Flips between none and three bars outside. Occasionally just drops a call completely and loses reception.

Reception in poor when inside of home and when outside you get two bars.

I upgraded from AT&T TDMA to GSM due to lower monthly rates and great marketing. I love the features of the phone but indoor reception is horrible, outside is poor in this area but great along major streets. GSM is odd with varying signal strengths over time even staying still in one place. TDMA was rock solid and unfortunately I will have to make the move back to my old phone and network.
