Reception is poor to none at all times. I get a notice (Service not available) or (Call failed) most of the time. You look at the map they show you where service is available and it doesn't show any gaps in the area. They now tell me I am in a fringe area. It makes you wonder why the Government will allow them to sell service that they can not or will not supply to the customer. That is in violation of the Deceptive Trade Act and the FCC needs to put a stop to this practice now. Martha N Camp

I have very poor service or none most of the time. My children call and their call goes straight to voice mail but never shows up on my phone. In the last 2 months I have talked to 4 or 5 Engineers at AT&T and was told they were working on getting better service to my area, but Idon't think anything has been done. I would like them to get me some service or cancel my contract so I could go with Verizon or Alltel which both have good servive in this area. I lose reception as soon as I enter Chandler. It keeps looking for service and keeps beeping and driving me crazy and it runs my battery down serching for service. Sprint really sucks. I have alot of dropped calls and it won't even work in Gilmer where my family lives. AT&T was the best service I have had. Wish they were still around.
