Have had two Cingular phones for years and cannot get reliable reception in home - broken transmissions, numerous drops. Cingular has not been able to correct. Will give Verizon a try with two year contract.

SPRINT SUCKS I can't wait for my contract to be over, I can't use my Sprint phone in half the places I can use my Verizon phone, including my home... such a waste of a cute little phone...

I love, love LOVE Verizon, I have a Sprint phone as well, and I can't use it in my home, its no good for me to have nights after 7, I use my Verizon phone, because it gets perfect reception, EVERY where I go, except the back of Lake Shadows... but my air card works great all over, I'm a heavy promotor of VZW! Love it!
