Was forced to "upgrade cell phone" because MetroPCS is dropping CDMA networks in favor of T-Mobile's GSM Old Service with MetroPCS no problems with CDMA network for years and years. Now T-Mobile GSM drops every call to every phone conversation. It doesn't matter if I make or receive the call ALL calls drop sometime when phone has 4 bars. So if you choose to be forced to upgrade service is horrible.Was this review helpful to you?
This is the worst service I've ever had. When calling people I have to call several times because the first few result in me not being able to hear on my end. Although I have unlimited 4g, I am seldom able to get an Internet connection. Save ur time and money and go with any other carrier.Was this review helpful to you?

The representatives in their stores, miss represent the contracts with upgrades on their products. I donated my old phone to men / women in our armedcservice. And I received money doing this, which I used toward the new products. I was lead to believe at that point the old phone was paided in for in full. Well I was wrong..Was this review helpful to you?
The reception in this area sucks. I called Verizon to see if they can do anything about it and nothing was resolved. In comparison my partner has AT&T and his service is stellar. I have to walk outside to make calls and even then the signal is very weak. Right now I'm pressed against a window to get service because its raining outside and I have one bar. I've been with Verizon for almost 15 years and now I'm about to switch. It's a shame.Was this review helpful to you?
I've only been with them 2 days. Used only 200mb out of my unlimited plan. INTERNET IS SUPER SLOW AND ITDDISCONNECTS from the server consistently.. So far, I'm not a happy customer.Was this review helpful to you?
Sprint is the best especially with now having Sprint Spark. I also rooted the phone and got unlimited wifi tethering for free. I canceled my home internet and use 30 plus gigs of data each month from the wifi tether on the phone. I get anywhere from 5 to 70 meg download speeds and 2 to 15 meg upload speeds and my bill each month is only about $60.Was this review helpful to you?
Zero reception inside apartment. T-Mobile basically calls me a liar for saying I get no reception. They claim because there are not multiple dropped calls there is no evidence of bad reception. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE AS A T-MOBILE CUSTOMER WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE. DO NOT USE T-MOBILE, HAD THEM WHILE TRAVELING AND LONG PERIODS IN OTHER AREAS- METRO AND RURAL= PISS POOR RECEPTIONWas this review helpful to you?
