Not able to use iPhone5. No WiFi. Not able to call or text. Bricked phone. T-Mobile has been the WORST customer service experience I have ever had!

AT&T has gotten progressively worse for a long time, dramatically worse this year. TMobile is marginally better. I get one bar at my home office. The strength increases in Lake Highlands

The T-Mobile coverage map shows that you should get the best ever signal (dark green) for the area and that you should get very good reception. Well, well, well-- I wonder on which day or in which year they checked it -I am basically on the corner of the two streets mentioned above and there is no signal--no wonder more and more people are calling it "No-mobile" rather than "T-Mobile". I have reported it so many times to T-Mobile and they are lying all the way or the tech that test in the area is a liar. The service from T-Mobile is rather "bad!" here in Dallas Do not go for T-Mobile if you are in the Village or close to Lovers, Skillman or Amesbury Rd. If you are lucky you might have spotty service but for the most of it - it is going to be bad!

Had a Samsung Dart that was recommended to me at T-Mobile store by their associate. What a crappy phone that was but it had it moments where it worked great. It got little to no reception at home at all even though the T-Mobile map says "excellent coverage" where I live. At best I could walk to the back of the apartments and get one to two bars. Fast forward bought a new phone that works brilliantly but reception is even worse. I have to leave my complex for about a mile to a mile and a half just to get any bars. The wifi calling is there until I walk my dog in the complex and am out of range. I also get no reception at work either so the two places I am the most, work and home, my phone is just extra weight in my pocket.

Staying in Dallas for a whileand my serice is horrible. They sent me a new phone. Still horrible. I have to go outside to make calls and still drop them. Service is to expensive to not be reliable. I will be changing providers, as the service is not reliable back at home either.

Calls drop constantly even with line of sight connection to T-Mobile tower. The one minute the phone shows T mobile and the next it shows Searching- cannot find T-Mobile connection and then suddenly it is good- this happens 20+ times a day. I do not experience this in other areas or cities. More people in the office experience it too on their Tmoble phones. This also happens outside the office. I took my phone to the T-Mobile store - they tested it and also replaced the simm card and said there is nothing wrong with the phone. The closer you get to the this area T-Mobile tower, you hear a lot of jitter on the phone. I offered to meet a T-Mobile tech at their tower that he can hear and experience the problem but they decline it. I have been with them for 12 years and I think it is time to move on since they are not prepared to fix their problem. I cannot believe T-Mobile service is so bad in this country! If one go to Germany they have excellent service. seems that the locals just want to make money and not spend money to get their system working. It is a pity there no institution that can fine them for bad service!

T Mobile network is very poor and their service also awful. After waiting for 4 days to resolve my connectivity issues, CRS guys still asking to wait for the issue to get resolved. T Mobile really sucks.

Verizon Wireless has no service or ability to provide tower service in Dallas TX area. Go Figure, Verizon Wireless claims to have the best coverage… WRONG! Call into CSR, they try to say it is the users phone, not them! Ignorance is so Bliss!

On 1 bar of LTE signal data rates are always at least 8 Mbps down and 5.62 Mbps up indoors. Depending on signal they can be as high as 27 Mbps down and 11 Mbps up. No problem with calls. Signal here is better than AT&T or Verizon.

Very spotty and unreliable connections. At home I lose connection from room to room. There have been several times I have had to restart phone to recapture connection. Making what should be a quick process, less than 15 sec take 7 to 10 minutes. AT&T cost more but I have watched my girlfriends ATT plan always out perform on coverage area and data speed. Tmobile:not such a deal when it doesn't work in alot of urban places.

Sprint has the worst service I have ever experienced both locally and traveling. Our phones don't work in our house and drop calls all over Dallas most times they don't even ring and just show a voicemail. The slow data may also be one of the most frustrating things about sprint. I never knew just how good I had it with AT&T. When everything works the way it should, you defiantly take it for granted. My wife and I joined Sprint because she supposedly got a discount through her employer. At the Sprint store they gave us the paperwork to fill out to get the discount but Sprint has not given any such discount and won't let us out of the contract. Stay away!

I work at DFW Airport. For the good part of a year, T-Mobile used to really stink at work. I'd always have plenty of bars but no Internet connection, or extremely slow. Not sure if it was because of all the terminal construction. Recently I'd been out sick for a little over a week. When I came back, it seems service has improved immensely. Where I was getting less than 1 mbps, I now constantly pull in a decent 8 to 9 mbps. No blazing fast, but enough to browse and stream music. Glad the problem was fixed.

I do not remember dropping any calls with Sprint in Dallas, so I don't have any complaints about their cell coverage. However, their data coverage is useless. 4G signal does not penetrate buildings and the 3G speeds are unusable (read: glacial).

Since Jan 20 2014 when at home I can't make or receive phone calls or send or receive text messages. I've had several conversations with ATT and they say towers are being worked on and will be done Feb 3. Today is 2-15-14, I still can't make calls or texts. I've never had this problem until January so I'm not sure what is going on with ATT and their cell towers.

I have been a loyal Sprint customer for many years but ever since they rolled out 4GLTE their service has been very poor. Last year they blamed it on not enough towers, this year I am constantly told it's my handset. I have replaced my HTC Evo 5 times in the last 9 months and still the reception, dropped calls, and lack of connectivity continues. I sit here one month away from my contract expiration wondering if I should finally find a new carrier. That is why I went to this site, to see if there was a better provider for my area. I run a business from home and this is my primary and only phone. It might be time to switch.

I very rarely get dropped calls I spend time all over metroplex. I've had ATT for 13 years. Have no complaints about the customer service. However, it's far too expensive. They gouge you on prices because they know the smaller companies can't keep up with the quality if reception.

I miss about 1 out of every 3 phone calls. The calls go straight to voicemail because the service is so bad. I'll have full bars until someone calls me or I am trying to dial out. Then it suddenly drops to zero bars. Sptint is just terrible. I have also called support several times, and there is absolutely no way to get out of the contract without paying the fee, even if the service doesn't work on your phone.

I live in Garland Tx. A couple of years ago I switched from AT&T to MetroPCs because of cost. The service with metro was ok and improved over time. However since the merger with T-Mobile my service is horrible at work in east Dallas. I will show 3 bars then try to use Pandora or some other streaming app and all of a sudden nothing. At home in Garland I have no problems.
