Tmobile sucks monkey b**ls. No reception inside buildings. Very bad reception inside home. And surprisingly even outside, the reception keeps fluctuating through a call! It's frustrating and irritating. Switching to AT&T or metro pcs.Was this review helpful to you?
Coverage throughout Oak Cliff is almost non-existence. Its rarely above 1 bar and dropped calls are frequent. Was this review helpful to you?
I have been with you all for years and there has not been any modification of the cell phone reception in this area. The reception is really bad even outside some times. I recently looked thought about purchasing the iPhone 5, but after looking at the cell phone reception area, it would not improve phone calls. There are no new towers in the ares. I have called in and used mark the spot for a while and there is no improvement in the cell reception. Would you let me know if you are going to install any new towers in the area or not so I can switch providers. I hate to do so, but my wife has paralysis and we need better reception as we have to cut back with only one income now. My name is James Boyd (cell #'s 214-502-7764 and 214-796-0896)Was this review helpful to you?

I have had Sprint service since 2000 and have lived in the Lower Greenville / M-Streets area since 2005. I have no service in my home, in my yard or anywhere in my neighborhood. As soon as I drive away my phone starts dinging with voicemails when I've received NO calls and SOMETIMES my text messages will be held. Otherwise, they're lost in outer space... .which I'm sure has better reception than my neighborhood! Was this review helpful to you?

Service constantly drops as I approaching home on Gaston Avenue, either from Garland Rd.of from Abrams Road. Very poor service at home. 50% of the time I cannot make a call from my cell phone at home, either indoors or walking my dog around the neighborhood. Was this review helpful to you?
I am using a DroidX from Verizon which I recently got from work. My signal strength is 3 - 4 bars from my residence. I haven't noticed any problems with dropped calls and garbled conversations. I also have an older Blackberry 8310 as my personal phone with ATT as my service provider. From my residence my signal strength varies from 2 - 3 bars and sometimes less. I get garbled connections all the time and then I have to call them back on my landline. I am considering changing my personal service from ATT to Verizon and hope this will correct my problem with poor signal strength from my residence. Was this review helpful to you?

I use this phone for work and make calls from my residence. It seems to have a much stronger signal. I don't know if the phone has any bearing on the reception or if it is the service provider. T-Mobile cellphone service goes from SOS to 0 to 3 bars and data goes from SOS to edge to EDGE to 4G coverage changes throughout the day. Many calls drop or we get message “Calling” to “! Call FAILED please try again” without connecting. T-Mobile is a very bad choice in Dallas, Tx. They hook you with low rate then charge you a $200 per line fee when you cancel the agreement because you moved or changed work locations and are in a new location that does not get coverage. They will offer you the option of finding someone to take over the agreement via Change of Responsibility, but what kind of friend would you be dumping your crappy T-Mobile service off on a friend or family member that is if you have any friends left since you will lose touch with them because they can never reach you. This practice of not letting the customer out, because the cell service provider can't service the client is only used by T-Mobile and give the major holes in coverage, is a major part of their revenue strategy. T-Mobile will cost you more in the long run. Don’t do it! Like many other ex-clients you will find yourself at the court house filing in small claims court to recoup the $200 per line on the grounds that they made material changes to your agreement(by changing the fee structure)before you made material changes (by canceling). Just choose Verizon or AT&T but NOT T-Mobile.Was this review helpful to you?
