We just switched from AT&T to Sprint because we wanted unlimited data... oh boy what a mistake. I need to be in a place with wifi in order to be online. I can't believe they lie to customers about working on towers... thats been going on for years! People... do not go with Sprint it is horrible in El Paso. Was this review helpful to you?
Sprint is absolutely the worst cellular phone company in El Paso. I have been with them for about 10 years now and it's just excuse after excuse. Several dropped calls and the internet service, well don't bother trying to watch U tube or videos. The same broken promises over and over, working on towers, working on complete upgrades, blah, blah, blah. Don't bother trying to call them, you'll get nowhere, trust me. Since I have Direct TV now I will be switching to AT&T soon. I don't understand, I travel frequently and Sprint is pretty good most places I go. For all you new residents to El Paso, be warned about their promotions. They advertise they will cut your bill in half, maybe so, but your service is seriously going to suffer. What ever you do, don't switch to Sprint, trust me..Was this review helpful to you?
There's no reception whatsoever in this area due to the mountains that surround our home. Was this review helpful to you?
Been with T-Mobile since 2001, great signals, but in the last four month signal has been below average to no reception, today going to fine a new carrier. Was this review helpful to you?
Service seriously sucks, watching a 3 minute youtube video takes 20 minutes. I switched from T-Mobile because of their 50% offer, I guess that also means 50% the service. Was this review helpful to you?
My reception went from great to horrible in past few months. I will probably need to switch. Not happyWas this review helpful to you?
In my work with the military, I travel out to the maneuver areas and test ranges on Fort Bliss, McGregor Range, and all over White Sands Missile Range. I am able to make and receive calls while several co-workers are not. That is my biggest selling point for Verizon - quality coverage when I need it. Downside is that this quality comes at a price - I know I pay a bit ($5 to $35) more than co-workers, but at least mine works! Was this review helpful to you?
El paso and surrounding area reception sucks. Galaxy S6 EdgeWas this review helpful to you?
I had TMOBILE for 20 years... in the early years they really had the best customer service... Lately they just don't seem to care... I decided to switch to PCS Mobile and it 1 / 3Rd the cost and same phone service since they use T-Mobile towers. Customer service still sucks. But the amount of money I spend makes it worth it.Was this review helpful to you?
I have been w boost (sprint) for over 5 years and in the beginning it was great, but for the past year and a half it has been horrible. And every time I ask, the towers are "being worked on" and within just a few days the service will be "the best" you have ever experienced. I have been waiting and waiting and nothing better, in fact it has gotten wayyyy worse. I do not recommend boost or Sprint to anyone. No fast internet ever, 1 bar signal 2 at best for phone. I hate that I have given them so much business in referrals and they can only try to keep you in their company with lies and deceit. 3 years back great, now horrible... All the phones I mention are phones I currently have on my accts for my family members...Was this review helpful to you?
