In my work with the military, I travel out to the maneuver areas and test ranges on Fort Bliss, McGregor Range, and all over White Sands Missile Range. I am able to make and receive calls while several co-workers are not. That is my biggest selling point for Verizon - quality coverage when I need it. Downside is that this quality comes at a price - I know I pay a bit ($5 to $35) more than co-workers, but at least mine works!Was this review helpful to you?

I had TMOBILE for 20 years... in the early years they really had the best customer service... Lately they just don't seem to care... I decided to switch to PCS Mobile and it 1 / 3Rd the cost and same phone service since they use T-Mobile towers. Customer service still sucks. I have been w boost (sprint) for over 5 years and in the beginning it was great, but for the past year and a half it has been horrible. And every time I ask, the towers are "being worked on" and within just a few days the service will be "the best" you have ever experienced. I have been waiting and waiting and nothing better, in fact it has gotten wayyyy worse. I do not recommend boost or Sprint to anyone. No fast internet ever, 1 bar signal 2 at best for phone. I hate that I have given them so much business in referrals and they can only try to keep you in their company with lies and deceit. 3 years back great, now horrible... All the phones I mention are phones I currently have on my accts for my family members...Was this review helpful to you?
Extremely slow, no internet unless your at a free wi-fi location. Your paying for a free service. Drop calls, dead zones. While the person next to me has Verizon and get reception both Internet and can make and receive calls. Big rip off service. This sucks, I no longer have wifi in my house, and the reception for Sprint in west el paso is hooooorrible. I constantly lose signal, in fact sometimes I lose signal for upwards of 20 minutes. This makes everything very frustrsting, where it was once seemless with wifi. I dont understand why the service is so poor. We have been with Sprint for years, but the slow speed and constant signal loss is enough to mske me want to switch to verizon, and deal with limited data. Sprint's LTE is a joke in El Paso. Nearly everywhere in the USA Sprint actually works pretty well. Sprint would have been better off improving their 3G here than upgrading to LTE. I've been all over the world and used local carriers who's 3G works better than Sprint LTE with full bars here in El Paso. Even in the rain Forrests of Costa Rica, the deserts of Israel, Kuwait, Iraq, or isolated islands in Thailand I was able to consestanlty get 10-15mbps over 3G. With a perfect signal and within eyesight of Sprint towers anywhere in El Paso, I'm lucky to get 0.5mbps over LTE. Another issue is that I keep getting threatening messages from Sprint saying I'm roaming too much... All while not even having left El Paso. Is it my fault if they say they have coverage in this area and then aren't able to provide it?! I've been here for over a year now and have upgraded from an LG G3 to an iPhone 6S Plus and have never seen any improvements.Was this review helpful to you?
Had been with Sprint for 8 years, with 6 lines. Finally switched to T mobile. I was having a black and white service with Sprint. I now enjoy full color service. (Get the picture). Best decision ever. Sprint is always slow on internet or data service. Bill price is about the same $500+ for unlimited service on all 6 lines+insurance.
