There is a Sprint tower North of 380 just to the East of downtown. Recently our reception became poor at best. After weeks with the service department, the final resolution came when I was told that another serviceman from AT&T or Verizon was on the tower and jacked with the Sprint switch. Imagine that... ? This is the Southeast corner of Collin County, and will be the expansion area up an coming. Sprint coverage is poor at best in this area. Don't waste your money.

Just because I don't call Sprint or reimbursement everytime a call drops, they tell me that they have no record of any problems.
