Terrible reception at our house just north of I-30. Dropped calls are very common.

Unusable even outdoors at my home. Calls drop, and the phone always seems to be looking for signal. I was offered an (extra cost) option for flat-rate roaming, but I am already paying thru the nose. I requested a service ticket be written up on the network and we will see if that helps.
