ATT - Biggest 'Bait and Switch' out there! Switched from Charter after 7-8 yrs to ATT after receiving mailer for cheaper bundle. Big mistake! Example: They offer Caller ID but that translates to Caller's NUMBER ONLY - not the name - that's ' extra! Internet speed is slowed during peak hours and Cable continually cuts out, freezes and Customer Service has to re-boot! For 'Quality Assurance ' tape your own phone calls - they promise discounts, excuses, quote the costs - but bill you for much more. All employees are not on same page - many don't have a clue as to the problem - but offer a discount to get you off the phone. But you won't get it! Billing is the worst. I've had to call each of the last several months to get it straightened out!Was this review helpful to you?

Just purchased an IPhone 6+ a week ago and my browsing has been terrible with T-Mobile. Only 1or 2 bars... . Usually get a msg saying timed out. Think I'm returning this phone.. Why pay that kind of $$$$ if I can't use it?Was this review helpful to you?
After 8 years of dropped calls, Verizon recommended I purchase a cell phone booster which I did. This helps with voice calls, but still have major problem with texting to multiple people. Have just about had it. Hard to understand weak signal in the middle of a large city.Was this review helpful to you?
I HAD MetroPCS and paid $10.oo extra a month to have unlimited 4G but always had no internet I would call they would send a signal boost to my phone n that lasted long enough to get me off the call with them, so I switched to Cricket n get better 4G BUT its not unlimited. When it drops to 3G sometimes I get no internet or super slow. These cell Companies r not what they use to b.Was this review helpful to you?
This great new Sprint network that's supposed to have improved everything changed NOTHING for us. After being a Sprint customer for 15 years, I switched to Virgin Mobile only to find out they're owned and controlled by Sprint. So, my service and coverage still suck, although I'm paying half as much as Sprint itself was charging (for the same services, which doesn't make a bit of sense). Of course, 55 / month with nothing working properly and lousy service versus previously 110 / month + fees / taxes with nothing working properly and lousy service CANNOT be considered a bargain. I'm paying a lot less, but still getting nothing in return! I don't understand how cell carriers stay in business if they don't have to provide the services they promised and charged us for!Was this review helpful to you?

I switched from AT&T to T-Mobile about a year ago and have never looked back. AT&T would always drop my call in the area that I live and would claim a tower was out. This want on for over 3 months so I switched to T-Mobile. I was a little affraid at first bc I had the grandfathered unlimted data with AT&T but they would always slow down my data. Now with T-Mobile I can make and receive calls and never have my data speeds slow down. I also travel to Houston, Waco, Austin, San Antonio, Corpus Christi, and South Padre island each at least once a year and last year I had no problems with T-Mobile. I also really like T-Mobile HD calling, fast LTE speeds, and I save $40 a month with T-Mobile compaired to my old AT&T bill.Was this review helpful to you?
Cell reception is ok. However, data reception is garbage! There are places where my work phone (3G iPhone 4, AT&T) can get data easily, but my personal phone (Galaxy Note 3) struggles to get 4GLTE and 3G!Was this review helpful to you?
