If I'm next to my windows, *maybe* 2 bars. If I'm 500 ft into the house, I get zero bars. Went to Central Market earlier and had no reception. Had to connect to their wifi just to text my friends I'd lost in there. Ridiculous that this area has nothing for service but my daughters cheap Walmart Family Plan seems to do just great here. I called ATT to see if my phone was available for upgrade, it was but I didn't upgrade. However the ATT Rep told me that even though I had an "grandfathered" unlimited plan, ATT had another exact same unlimited plan that was less expensive. I asked if the plans were the same why was one cheaper than the other, the Rep said, "because your a valued customer", I told him if there was no "fine print" and no hidden requirements that of course I wanted the less expensive rate. What he didn't tell me and what I had to find out on my own after I hung up with him, was the reason for the cheaper rate was due to my having an Uverse account but if I ever dropped my Uverse, my plan would sky rocket up! The Rep neglected to give me this information even after I specifically asked if there were any hidden requirements! That was Jan and it's March and I am stilling fighting with them over my bill! The Rep LIED to me to meet his quotas and I am enraged because I WAS LIED TO AND NOW I AM THE ONE HAVING TO FIGHT WITH ATT OVER MY BILL! They have switched me back to my old plan but I am still paying more than I was before! I was LIED to and now I am having to pay for them LYING to me! ATT is unethical and I am currently looking for another carrier after being with ATT for over 15 years! Oh... ..and did I mention they LIED to me?? I've had Verizon since 2010 I switched from Sprint EVO 4G. I've lived in VA / DC, Seattle, WA, Dallas, TX and Memphis, TN. Even though I hate paying the high prices and having data caps, the call quality and data speeds are pretty unbeatable when I talk to other people. Considering a switch though to T-Mobile to save money and been hearing they get amazing speeds.Was this review helpful to you?

I would tell you I have Sprint, but that's only true for the 50% of my life which happens outside of my neighborhood. If you live in the area you know what I mean. If not, we're the people who thought it'd be okay to live North of Navajo Trail and West of Shawnee Trail in a valley right by the actual Lake in LakeWorth. The constant Chair Force planes screaming inches over my roof makes the reception spike for a moment, but also reduces hearing, negating any potential upside to you phone call. I'm tempted to install a giant antenna on my roof if only to see it explode when Major Pain and his leet TopGun squad train for obsolete dogfights at o' dark 30. Sometimes when I'm leaning against the window pointing my phone towards the tower, my neighbor (in any other neighborhood would assume I'm recording him which I'm not usually) just ignores me, because he's walking in circles in his front yard like a crazy person. No he isnt posting pictures of the sky to his facebook, usually. He's just looking for a signal... that someone up there cares, but they don't... Because he has Sprint.Was this review helpful to you?
ATT - Biggest 'Bait and Switch' out there! Switched from Charter after 7-8 yrs to ATT after receiving mailer for cheaper bundle. Big mistake! Example: They offer Caller ID but that translates to Caller's NUMBER ONLY - not the name - that's ' extra! Internet speed is slowed during peak hours and Cable continually cuts out, freezes and Customer Service has to re-boot! For 'Quality Assurance ' tape your own phone calls - they promise discounts, excuses, quote the costs - but bill you for much more. All employees are not on same page - many don't have a clue as to the problem - but offer a discount to get you off the phone. But you won't get it! Billing is the worst. I've had to call each of the last several months to get it straightened out!Was this review helpful to you?

Just purchased an IPhone 6+ a week ago and my browsing has been terrible with T-Mobile. Only 1or 2 bars... . Usually get a msg saying timed out. Think I'm returning this phone.. Why pay that kind of $$$$ if I can't use it?Was this review helpful to you?
