	I've had my Motorola Q for 2yrs which was recently purchased in Fort Worth where I formerly lived. I've been using the same phone in the Fresno area, and reception is horrible! I rarely get 1 bar of reception and when I do the call is dropped. My sister and brother (we all live together) also have Sprint service and their reception is just as bad as mine if not worst. So the Sprint representative telling me that its my phone is full of crap! Sprint is horrible and Im switching my entire house hold over to another cell provider.
