I don't have any issues with dropped calls but I sometimes experience interruptions when walking around my home (inside). No issues outside, anywhere around the house, including all walking paths around neighborhood, too! The only place I ever experience issues with my coverage is inside my home when moving through multiple rooms.

Very bad reception if I even get reception at all. I go outside to get better reception to no avail. I still get dropped calls. My wife has the new Apple 4S and the same thing happens with her phone. AT&T cell coverage stinks worse than a cattle feed lot. Also, I get poor reception just about wherever I go in the Plano / Frisco / McKinney / Allen areas. Bad to terrible coverage in the city of Graham, TX. What's up AT&T? Stop ripping us off! I have been an AT&T customer since 1996 and the coverage was better back then. What happened?

ALWAYS dropping calls! Horrible reception and very poor customer service.

Up until a couple months ago the reception was great. We actually changed from T-Mobile because of all the issues we were having. Now I keep dropping calls while at home... One minute I'll have 3 or more bars the next none at all.

5 bars all the time anywhere inside or outside the house. Not so reliable righ outside the Stonebriar Center. Customer Service and billing is top notch, no complaint here.

T-Mobile has great coverage for me. Their costomer server is top notch and the cost is always a good 25% less than the other carriers!

Horrible phone and service - switching to Cingular Blackberry. Stay away from the Palm - there is a reason nobody likes the Treos.

Like everyone that has a Palm Treo, I can't stand it. None of the Treo features work reliably. STAY AWAY FROM THE TREO. Sprint service is very poor in most of Frisco-especially in my house. Switching to Blackberry and Cingular after 11 loyal yrs as a Sprint customer.

I get good reception with Verizon but they're constantly hitting me with extra charges.. I'm on the $59 / mo plan but my bill ends up at about $90 and last month I went over my minutes by 200 minutes so my bill was $180.. ridiculous. Plus if I want the internet available for my phone it'd cost me more than I pay to get internet at home

Reception is improving, but still poor in our house in Heather Ridge. We still have many calls dropped and other calls where we have to go to different places in the house or outside to really communicate when the call does not drop.

Yeah my V300 gets fully bars and the T-mobileweb GPRS internet works perfect too.

5 bars all around the Frisco Area.

Switched to Cingular and it was the best move I have made. When they said more bars in more places, they have meant it.

Im thinking about switching to Cingular for not having a good reception.

The only time I've gotten solid connections from my home in about a decade of using cell phones. I consistently get 4-5 bars inside my house.

I might get lucky some days and get 1 or 2 bars especially if I go upstairs. Girlfriend has T-Mobile and about 4 months ago she started getting 5/5 bars in the house. If I didn't have such a good plan and otherwise had no problem with Sprint, I would have dumped them by now.

North Frisco AT&T barely gets reception. Frequent dropped calls. GPRS phones barely work.
