My service is pretty good other than some places such as basketball court or something. My service is kinda good but is normally ok.

This is by far one of the worst services that I've ever had. I don't get service inside of my house and have to go outside to make calls. I live in Texas so that's not very comfortable in the summertime. Even then I drop calls when I'm outside. For the amount of money I pay and the fact that I've been with this provider for quite some time you'd think they'd wanna make me happy but no. Instead I get the runaround get told there's nothing wrong with my phone. I would just like for someone to be able to tell me what the hell is wrong with my phone. Obviously it's not nothing or else I would'nt be complaining. Just save yourself the headache and go with a different provider.

When all signals went digital... pukerama... i can get text but no voice. I can get notifications of a voicemail but cant retrieve it... o yeah I can get ALL the advertisement downloads ALL day long!..4 of my friends, different providers and no phone service hope we never have an emergency. Metro PCS...
