Numerous dropped calls and poor connections. Most often problem: the party called can't hear me or my side of the conversation breaks up.

Never know if you are going to get the call, lose the call, have more than one person on the line (just talking on the phone, your cheek will dial numbers and create conference calls). This is an awful piece of junk, but did sell for $180.00 on Ebay and switched to AT&T. Very happy now!

Calls dropped consistently on Hall-Johnson at Bluebonnet Cemetery, in my own home and even in my yard, on White's Chapel Rd in Southlake inbetween John McCain and Continental Blvd. Have called company several times. Have taken my phone in to check for software download update. They claim all towers are good. Dropped calls went on the rise since storms in April '07.

I live on a hill near Mustang and Sprint PCS sucks badly. My signal moves between 0 to 2 and about 50% of calls get dropped. My old Cingular / ATT service was far superior. It seems like Sprint always sucks.

On heavy freeway traffic mornings or afternoons, I have often dropped calls and completely lost signal for about a 1-2 mile span driving down 114 through Irving. Otherwise, I get 5 bars the whole way from Grapevine to downtown. Very strange.

My company just built a 5000 person campus just south of I635, between Beltline and Freeport, on Regent. I get absolutely no coverage in the northern buildings. No bars at all. Even if I walk outside, I have to get far from the building to get any signal. In the south building, I sometimes get 1 bar. Which means I get voicemails long after the fact. T-Mobile: please fix this!

New tower placed on the 5-600 area of Dove Rd. Perfect reception all along surrounding area.

Verizon Wireless works perfectly in the Grapevine area especially by my home location. I have had no problems and will not consider T-Mobile, Sprint, ATT / Cingular or any local carrier. Overall VZW is superior to any of those carriers as their network is way more reliable.
