I have had nothing but problems in Killeen and Harker Heights..My phone constantly wants to roam. It did end up dropping network connection and never got it back. The first time I took my cell into Sprint regarding the roaming issue, they said "you wont be charged" (havent recieved the bill yet to know if that was a lie). They reset the device back to factory settings and told me the Myxer app was the issue ( I doubt it). The second time I took the device in they said the internal antenna was shot and gave me a new phone. I was thrilled bout that..until the new one started to roam... ughhhh
