Very poor, inconsistent reception. Have contacted AT&T and they claim excellent coverage with 3G phones, but the Apple iPhone is currently on the EDGE network. Sometimes have no reception at all; other times I have 1-2 bars and have dropped calls.
Very poor reception in the Hill at Sonoma Ranch subdivision. ATT Tech came out and agreed that the coverage was poor. I will be cancelling ATT and moving to a new provider.
I previously owned Cingular, but had to fire them when I had no service and they told me that they had no plans to extend service in this area. Verizon is the ONLY service that has excellent coverage in the Sonoma Ranch area! It even works inside the new houses, which are shielded fairly heavily. I tried a friend's Nextel, Sprint, and T-Mobile phones - NONE had service in this area.

We loose a fair amount of calls with this combination, and have poor reception most of the time in and out of the house. Not sure if its the phone or the service
