The bars on my phone is okay, however when I make a receive a call the quality if HORRIBLE! Though the phone shows a great signal, you can't tell by the poor quality of the call. Dropped calls, audio dropping out. No better way to explain it other than "audio burps". Of course when it "burps" I have to ask the other person to repeat themselves. I never had a problem with Sprint! I switched to Cingular because I thought with the ATT merger, then maybe I could get a little better coverage. Boy was I wrong! I NEVER had a problem with call quality on Sprint. Looks like I'll be going back...
