	Majority of the time there is no reception at home for incomming, outgoing and internet use. I have to drive a block away to get reception for any calls. Horrible phone and network. Will not get anything associated to a htc phone or T-Mobile after contract is up. Total waste of money.

	Would had given perfect score but we had little trouble one month ago and 2 month's before that as we have 4 phone's but only one work - but if we left our area and went to la Marque or Leaque city it would work- Don't know what really the the problem was as was told one answer by tect surport, one by customer service, and (customer service told me to take phone to Galveston branch office get three new sim cards) Galveston T-Mobile told me it wasn't the phones because over 170 customer was effect by outist - we have had service since 2002 I would like to stay with then but I'm worry about AT&T taking over and service being worst and my bill plan could be change. But if the service is fix now, and no more problem show up, And AT&T doesn't increase my plan cost, and service is good, I will stay - but really would love a new phone

	T-mobile is a good company Have Had them Since 9 / 01 (Voicestream) but in this area it its so bad I only get one bar or no bars every few min with the same phone I put in an AT&T sim card and it is at full bars this is the only place that I have ever had problems except at the Galleria all I Had to do was turn it off and wait 2 min and I had some service
