since 2014 Verizon has been under 100 Kbs on 2 bars 4g LTE. The year before that it was around 25 Mbs. Called Verizon they said they had a tower planned march 2016. Well here it is November 2016 and it is even slower. I have to pay $60 when I provide my own service over Wi-Fi. This is beyond absurd.Was this review helpful to you?

Very good data and voice reception. Wish McDonalds hot spot wasn't there because it ruins the good LTE signal when your phone wants to switch over.Was this review helpful to you?

Poor to No Reception What is going on? I live in a high rise. Some areas of my apartment have reception, some don't. Now, AT&T has introduced Wi-Fi calling, which still doesn't help me. My calls drop if I move in my unit. We have Wi-Fi at home, too; brand new fiber optics installation in the building. What gives? My Samsung Galaxy Note 5 works great in many, many places, even down in the southernmost tip of Texas. So I don't understand why I have problems in the city of Houston, TX. Moreover, I feel helpless in adjacent cities, such as Sugar Land and Missouri City. No cell service... None! Another what gives?Was this review helpful to you?
Terrible reception on Sprint LTE. Signal strength fluctuates from 4 bars to 0 and back every second. Condistently getting 25-90 kbs. That is 1000 times slower than should be expected from the latest "technology". Sprint is piling up next generation of not-working technology on top of the old never-worked one.Was this review helpful to you?
I have used AT&T wireless for more than 15 years, had up to date cell phones each year. But over the past 2 years or so the reception has gotten HORRIBLE. I have both an iphone and Samsung and both have 1-2 bars usually. 2 years ago I frequently had max bars on my 2 phones (S5 and 5S). I don't know what they are doing but they are about to lose a customer over this poor service.Was this review helpful to you?
Never works properly, get terrible service when you have to go to ANY OF THE STORES, paying arm and a leg for phones we can't even use in the comfort of our own home, me and my wife have been customers for over 10 years but I'm hoping Verizon or AT&T will buy our contracts out WE'RE DONE WITH T-MOBILE!Was this review helpful to you?
