I consistently have calls drop. I have contacted T Mobile and requested a boost which seems to have worked for awhile but now is as bad as ever. Not sure if a better quality phone would help (I've used low-end Nokias). However, have had friends over with better quality phones (also on T Mobile network) and they have calls dropped as well.
Reception comes and goes (inside my house), it is perfect without a hitch for 2-3 days out of the MONTH, and sketchy depending on where I stand for about 20 days out of the month, and the other 7-8 days I can't get reception at all. My messages will hit my phone hours after someone has called. Sprint shows my entire neighborhood and surrounding area's coverage as "good", but this is not the case. I often have to go out in my driveway to make calls, but this doesn't guarantee anything. I am frustrated that my calls were much better back in the analog days. Isn't technology supposed to get better as the future progresses? Going to talk to Sprint today, but from the looking around at this site, it probably wont help.
Calls dropped frequently but texting great. Calls also very static and difficult to hear. Can't wait for ATT contract to expire. Would not recommend them for cell phone service.
In my apartment, my reception is zero (Sometimes I can place a call if I go out on the balcony). Everyone in our building has the same complaint with AT&T. Voice mail pops up 1-2 days later. When I'm out in the world, my phone vibrates once and I have a Missed Call At the Medical Center, while people everywhere are using wire-less, AT&T is use-less. I can't wait until 03 / 29 / 10. Then it's bye, bye AT&T. I wonder how Boost does?
AT&T is terrible in this area, and really bad in my apartment. It's terrible in the ship channel and terrible on the road on the way to work. I'm leaving AT&T and looking at this site for answers on who to go with.
no reception, when you do get reception it is very poor - you have to be outdoors in a certain spot with out moving, like a robot. you have to search for the magic spot to get reception.
