My wife and I have both experienced major signal and data problems over the last few months. Service was adequate prior to that. AT&T is not helpful in person or on the phone. We went through all of their troubleshooting to no avail. They just try to make you jump through hoops until you give up and accept their poor service. It's like dealing with a pathological liar. Not worth the price or stress. I suggest you find a different carrier. I was not surprised to see all of the similar reviews. This is why companies like AT&T shouldn't own media companies. They're too big of liars to be allowed in that business. It's much of the problem we're dealing with now.Was this review helpful to you?
Inside the building, reception fluctuates from 1 bar to none and calls drop if I ever get one out or in, otherwise, lose too many calls, specially from our company's field foremen. Messages take time to go out or in. When I'm outside the building, I get about three bars, and then I am able to make calls. We are not allowed to connect to the WiFi so those of us who have T-Mobile service suffer by being loyal to Tmobile. Sooner or later, the other carriers will get their prices low enough to switch to the one that does give better network service. I will not mention the carrier that has good reception inside the building, but that is the one I am thinking about to change to when I get tired of being loyal. Maybe T-Mobile will start providing better network services in the near future, hopefully not too late.Was this review helpful to you?

Hard to connect at home. It sucks. I'm trying to find another carrier, but it seems like everyone on here are having the same issues with the major carriers. Doesn't make sense in the nations 4TH largest city. Very sad how these companies are lying about their coverage, set us up on a contract (leash) that was a lie, and take our money without any regard or way to fix the issues.Was this review helpful to you?

ATT services was bad in general over the last couple years. Over the last six months it has gotten worse. One barely has one to two bars. Constant call dripping and texts so not go through. It is very frustrating and also affects my job and how I respond. The phone won't ring but then a message notification appears if one ia lucky! ATT Help... ... .Please... ... Maybe its time for a different Carrier. Several folks in this area have the same issue.!Was this review helpful to you?

since 2014 Verizon has been under 100 Kbs on 2 bars 4g LTE. The year before that it was around 25 Mbs. Called Verizon they said they had a tower planned march 2016. Well here it is November 2016 and it is even slower. I have to pay $60 when I provide my own service over Wi-Fi. This is beyond absurd.Was this review helpful to you?
