Keep getting dropped here on every call. On the Sanyo RL-4920(1st line), I can make and receive phone calls half the time but get dropped easily. On a Sanyo VI-125(2nd line), the Sanyo VI-125 has trouble making and receiving calls most of the time. Signal is good along major freeways but weak inside the office at Westheimer and Briarpark Dr. in the Westchase area.
The signal is very poor even when I get out to see if I can get better signal, when I call Sprint to report they blame my cell and tell me togo to the technical suupport,be aware those call center are located in overseas like,India,Phillippines,Mexico and Canada and really is a pain you know where try to fix the problem even technical support by phone are located in India.
I get 5 bars reception in my house but I got 0 bar inside the downtown tunnel or inside IAH Terminal C building. First, I thought tunnel is underground blocks the signal. But I could see other people talking on their cell when I lost my signal. It is the same 0 bar signal inside the IAH C building for my phone as well as my son's, Nokia 6101 until I get into the walkway to Terminal D or E to get signal back. But I saw other people talking into the building without any problem. Why?
Inside apt (Village on the Lake at NASA 1 and Space Center Blvd), we get 0-1 bar, must go outside for service, at which point we get barely enough for short conversations. Worst customer service one can imagine, incompetent at best.
My apartment is about 300 feet from a cell tower which has 4 carriers on it. I receive one bar on my cellphone. Also, the same along Briar Forest and Memorial. My friend's Verizon phone has full bars.
