All my calls go straight to voicemail. I rarely get any 4G connection. It also takes forever to deliver text messages. The service is just horrible. I have been a customer since 2005 and I have never since seen such horrible reception!

In the past 6 weeks, I have experienced excessive call drops to the point where I cannot finish a single conversation on my Galaxy S3 device. As for data, it works intermittently. This, unfortunately, is a known problem at T-Mobile with no timeframe for resolution. As a result, I went through the process to ask to be released from my contract without penalty, which happened this past Friday.

For the past month coverage in this area has been terrible. There are several times that I am at home that for some reason my phone says it is at 4G and then drops from two bars to nothing quickly. And sometimes all of the reception completely goes away! It is definitely in this area because I spend all day closer in town and I have no issues. The corner of Westheimer and Dairy Ashford always been notorious for dropping service since I've been having a data plan, which has been 4 years at least now. Maybe it is my phone, but it doesn't happen in any other area other than at and around my home. If my issue isn't resolved with T-Mobile in a week I will gladly leave them after being loyal for 10 years.

This is my office location. I don't even bother making calls from my cell phone at my office because they just drop after 20 seconds. No data, no voice, no nothing.

I've had service with Sprint since 2004 and never had I experienced such bad data service as I have these last 3 yrs. I truly believe that they have great voice coverage but it's their data 3G / 4G thats hurting their customers. I understand that the are rolling out LTE but c'mon, their 3g data is a joke.. might as well have no data. 3G DOES NOT WORK at all for me, it takes FOREVER to connect. You get what you pay for.

No cell phone signal at my new home in Summerwood. Sprint should provide better service. Now I see why everyone is switching to Verizon.

Calls may go straight to voicemail. Unable to send text messages at times. Annoying echoes when able to make or receive calls. Plan to move from Sprint.

T-mobile sold their towers to Crown Castle so they arent liable for signal issues. When you are a new customer your signal is great and then they throttle you down after some time has gone by. My opinion is that they did something to their network around the time that they were about to make the biggest mistake the company could make and thats teaming up with AT&T. I know that alot of you would agree. I have experience in cell towers and how they operate so thats why I have contacted some of my connections with the FCC and some tested will be mandated on every tower that they claim to have.
