We get bad fadeout and static bleed in... . May be caused by a power transformer and rectifier on the other side of the wall.

I get no reception in my office with Cingular. I also have a work cell phone that is with T-Mobile and I get full bars??

I'm trying to run a business with my T-Mobile. It seems the signal has dropped off signficantly in the last 4 months. I can't get or send calls from the house most of the time. I have a one year contract but a new phone. This was to be the phone I anchored my business around! I am very dissapointed. I have worked with at the tech line to reset it, etc. Not one bit better!

Around Barker-Cypress and behind the elementary school coverage on T-Mobile is poor - lots of dead cells. We can turn a corner and go from 2 - 3 bars to nothing and then the call comes back a half-block or two later after the phone switches encryption off.

I leave home and there are4 bars and soon as I get up on the Beltway to leave I get NOTHING. This is Verizon and a 1 year ole Motorola I paid dearly for. If you plan on leaving town don't go with Verizon!

Can't receive calls and 90%of the time can't call out on our Cingular phones in this area.

I find that there is no reception around the area of 14th and Yale.

if you change the settings to roam you have lot's of signal. I was in pert, texas, a small town in east texas and I didn't have any signal at all. I changed the settings and in 'digital roam' I had full signal. there's no roaming charges with my plan so it doesn't matter. Sprint seems to have contracts to bounce off several carriers towers which makes your roaming area even broader. it's a good thing. the only complaint I have with this phone is that the keypad seems to get really hot, but, it makes the inside of my face hot. I normally hold it up to my right ear and now my right eye has a twitch - is there a link? possibly.

Cingular gets very poor reception in the Galleria Area

In my neighborhood I have terrible reception. 1 bar if I'm lucky. I have to leave the neighborhood in order for me to get good reception. Any one else, has problems with Sprint in the same area? I'm considering going to cingular

I get all my bars all the time. The sidekick II usually requires a large amount of reception power, making it hard to find a spot where there is a high number of bars. The sidekick doed great with this. But I dont see any cell phone towers! where are they?

i never really have a problem with reception with t-mobile. the only thing is every once in a while a person's voice gets choppy but I think it might be their phone cause i'll look at my bars and they're all up. also when i'm in tilt at the galleria I don't have any bars at all so I can't make or receive calls. I haven't noticed that happening anywhere else. I chose T-Mobile because out of all the other companies it seemed to have the best reception and the company who gives you the least problems.

It may just be my MPx200 that's the issue, but anything I would go north of I-10 near between Kirkwood and the Sam Houston Tollway, I get absolutely no reception.

No problems indoors or out. Even works in the tunnel for the most part.

great reception, no drop calls, always have 5 bars, even around medical center. Maybe I just have a great phone with a really good antenna.

I've been with Cingular for about 4 years and it's time to go. Lately I have had a lot of dropped calls from my house and don't receive calls at all sometimes. The phones have not been good either and Cingular has hardly done anything to help. I've been the one purchasing the phones in hopes of finding something better. They finally sent me a new phone only to discover the camera did not work. It's time to move on.

Bad reception as you go east away from heights blvd. have to stand outside to have conversations. Always. Any phone.

I've had Sprint PCS for 5 years. I really satisfied with the service. I travel quite a lot as well. Travelling I never had problems.Except 59 north around Nacodoches, which honestly not many carriers have reception in those areas. Major highway, interstate roads never had problems. It also sometimes depends on the phone as well. I had small LG flip phone didn't work well.
