Service is great. I have never had better service than Sprint. I think the Sanyo 8100 is a perfect phone for the PCS service. I travel some to Louisiana, Mississippi, Florida, Puerto Rico and the Virgin Islands and service has been very good. Never any dropped calls. Verizon would drop calls in my house with sitting.

No signal to speak in my house, and consistent dropout spots on the highways. My crappy Samsung SCH-6100 phone is partly to blame. I've had Sprint for four years, three cities and two phones because of their good rate plans, but have always been unhappy with the call quality.

I was quite surprised that I would get such good reception on T-Mobile in the Memorial area of Houston, TX. Reception is notoriously bad here, but the reception is as good as cingular and verizon. Inside my house, no reception, but I never got cingular reception either. Verizon is the only carrier that works inside my house. In my office building on Memorial, reception is good. Overall, I'm very pleased!
