I really don't have any major complaints about my reception. It has served me well, except for indoors at the Medical Center. I think that the concern is the conversion over to GSM, it appears that Cingular is still very limited in its coverage.
Many calls are cut-off, especially when I am talking to other cellular phone users. The "dead-zone" happens to be the neighborhood that I live in which is less than 4 miles from the Downtown area.
Everywhere else, the reception is almost 5 out of 5.
