Horrible reception, horrible customer service! They shouldn't be in business!

NEVER, EVER AGAIN SPRINT! I am now free after being shackled into a 2 year contract with Sprint. 2 years ago switched from Verizon to Sprint because of the better phone selection at the time - what a bonehead move. With 1-2 bars and dropped calls, the lies I was told by their customer service.. "we are working on an upgrade for your nearby tower" ha - its been 2 years and crappy service du jour! At least I have minimum 3 bars with Verizon (still not impressive but at least no dropped calls). DO NOT GET SUCKERED INTO SPRINT!

T-Mobile 's connection really sucks. There's absolutely no help whatsoever. Their map coverage is a joke. For years, they haven't improved at all. I really am considering leave them now. They make you feel like I am or where I live is the one to blame! πŸ”¨πŸ‘Ž

Outside I have good receptiin, but as soon as I step into my house I lose reception. I even got one of their signal boosters, but a booster can't boost a signal that's not there. I left T-Mobile years ago because of this same problem, but came back because according to their maps I should have good coverage. Apparently their signal is so weak it doesn't penetrate walls well. Do yourself a favor and find a friend with T-Mobile and check coverage before switching. They may be good for others, but for me they really suck!

Sprint has improved greatly in the past years and now I haven't had a dropped call since last year and data services are good but occasionally I will bounce back to 3G

Sprint

Terrible Sprint internet LTE, 4G, and 3G service even with use of added Airrave Tower. Would recommend another carrier for 77089 zip code.

Verizon

Used to have AT&T but I had no reception what so ever as I work on the 22nd floor so I switched to Verizon as I was told they are the best, I have to say it is better than AT&T but the best download speed I get over here is about 2-3 mbps and found that we have so many dead spots in the city (Memorial Mall), so for what I pay I don't think that is acceptable.

We moved here from Oklahoma with US Cellular. It works decent there. Here the service is very minimal. Make a phone call Send a txt and absolutely zero data. No 4G at all.

Just had T-Mobile for about two months nd I hate it from the dropped calls to not receiving text message, multimedia is out of the question, hardly ever can load fb and for get about playing music downloads or watching a videos. ASAP I'm returning to Verizon never had those problems just their plans are high but I guess to have tha best you got to pay for tha bestπŸ˜’

Tmobile doesn't have the most coverage nor is the network the most powerful but all things considered, including cost it's good. Beats Sprint. And I don't see 'extras' and weird billing. Sprint had an excuse got everything. It was never their fault.
