I have been with them for over 3 years... it has been a complete headache and just keeps getting more expensive. They can never honor a promotion, the instore sales people are highly under trained and not qualified to work there. I never get the right answer or price. Most recently I was lied to about 3 different promotions on the LG v10 which all ended up being a lie. Customer service, loyalty and loyalty supervisor were not able to do anything. T-Mobile will be losing all 7 lines and any business from me and anyone I know over $100 dollars. This company is becoming a glorified Cricket, pretty soon they wont even offer unlimited without paying through the nose... .yall get ready. Your phone displays one or two bars, but you are unable to do anything with your phone but text. No imessage, no internet, voice calls sounds like you are calling from a third world nation. Indoor coverage with Verizon in the medical center is a nightmare! Even on the 13th floor, little to no service. Download speeds on LTE Iphone6S is 0.43mb / s, Forget being able to use your phone during the lunch hour, even outside, the network is extremely congested. Coworkers with T-Mobile have better service and speeds... why am I paying the Verizon price tag for crappy service??Was this review helpful to you?

Although my phone consistently shows full bars (4gLTE) my data speed falls well below 2 Mbps. In fact at times it falls below 1. Needless to say this makes streaming and downloads almost impossible without stuttering and ridiculously long load times. I've spoke with T-Mobile Customer service multiple times and while they were very polite and attentive my issue was never resolved. I did all the standard trouble shooting steps etc. and in the end I'm left with no answers and $20 off my bill last month. I'm not a happy camper.Was this review helpful to you?

Today 9 / 10 / 15, Zero bar inside the apartment 2nd fl. at Texas Medical Center. Cannot make any call or text message at all including internet. Most of the time only one bar. Very disappointed, I will switch to another carrier soon.Was this review helpful to you?
