No service in buildings, 1 or 2 bars outside (in the hot sun) but the calls drop even outside and the 3G works rarely. Tell me again why I am paying them >$100 a month?

Rarely get reception. Once in a while it will be 1 or 2 bars, but most of the time I get 0! :-(

I get very good service here on my street! I got outside I get all bars and I got inside and I get 4! PERFECT ATT! :)

90% of all calls are dropped inside and outside home. Customer service was anything but helpful. She suggested I get in my care and drive to make a call or receive one.

I usually get like 3 to 2 bars there. It's ok. I don't get dropped calls. And you can still text. But needs improvement. Like in the donut heaven at thAt intersection I only get one bar.

About 70% of the time, cannot make outgoing calls or receive incoming calls; same on wife's clamshell phone. Text messaging works, phone shows full bars. Same problem around Rice University. Problem has been going on for 2 months. Contacted ATT and they "worked" on the problem, sending an email declaring it was resolved. Whatever. I think they are out of bandwidth in area and won't admit to it - increase bandwidth.

I live one block from this intersection in the Royal Oaks subdivision and get very poor reception in my home. Reception in the street is slightly better but still poor. I actually have no reception about 75% of the time and one or two bars of reception 25% of the time.

We just moved here and all 4 of us with various phones have terrible reception! Is there any way to boost reception?

Good reception with T-Mobile no dropped calls

Receptio is not great outside, it's terrible inside. More bars in more places, whatever. Verizon is just as bad.

Downtown Houston, office of 200 employees. No reception from ATT...

Cant hold more than a 5 minute call. Wifes iphone cant call or recieve.

From my house, if the call goes through I will lose the signal within the next minute. Ok in the neighbourhood

When I had Verizon I would lose service near the most interior walls. Now that I'm with T-Mobile (for 2yrs.) I get full bars in and out. You should never have to step outside you home to talk on your cell.

Reception fine until new tower placed just South of Dairy Ashford and Westpark intersection on East side of Dairy Ashford. Reception sporatic enough to keep phone from roaming to better tower but constantly drops calls. Tried 2 different Verizon phones, same thing. Outside of this area seems to work OK.

Now the reception is sporatic enough so that it won't allow the phones to roam an alternate tower but drops any call that connects constantly. Have tried two different Verizon phones with no improvement. Outside of this area the phone seems to work fine.

Usually passing the Shell gas station coming from the Beltway 8 on W. Lake Houston the reception drops almost completely. Once entering the Lakeshore subdivision it'll disconnect or maybe get one bar. Cingular reception is usually very good, but everyone that comes out here has the same problem, especially inside the house. We'll have to go outside sometimes just to make / receive a call.
