We've been with Verizon wireless for 7 yrs. No complaints about customer service or service for that matter. The price is high but I'd rather pay more and know my phone will work as It needs to.Was this review helpful to you?
I've had only about 3 dropped calls but the data service is horrible. Sometimes it is as slow as dial-up and other times it will just lose a connection sometimes for hours. Customer service has been of no help. Completely useless. Was this review helpful to you?
US Cellular offers the bare minimum reception in Houston so as to not qualify for"literally zero reception." The service is mostly unusable and is a complete waste of money. Was this review helpful to you?
Little to no reception at home. Several drops per call. Hard to even finish a single conversation. Not as bad closer to downtown Houston but terrible for the are I'm located in.Was this review helpful to you?
I have a few locations I work out of. In the 1960 and Hardy are I use to have good reception with decent 4G, then it tanked badly for about 6 months where you could barely get 3G or no data service at all, it has somewhat improved but the network is still slow. In the Hobby area I have no issues but once again the network is still slow. In the 290 and West Rd area I have lousy reception, 3G at best, but very slow. My company uses AT&T and works well in these areas. IAH RAC area I get crappy reception from from my Sprint Phone and my AT&T company, but with being hidden in trees near the airport, no surprise reception sucks. When my company had Verizon they never had any coverage issues just occasional outages, but that was 3yrs ago.Was this review helpful to you?

Reception is terrible, cannot have a conversation longer than 1 minute. Internet is non-existent, despite "4G" sign on my screen. Had Verizon before, had absolutely no problems at exact same location. Was this review helpful to you?
Had to change from AT&T to Verizon. No reception EVER from AT&T while at the med center. While trying to call from the waiting room, someone said, "You must have AT&T" - which I did. In the elevator, people were on their cells so I asked about their carrier. It was Verizon. I switched and never had a problem - anywhere. Expensive, but worth it - esp during an emergency. Also get reception inside my house. I never could with AT&T.Was this review helpful to you?
I had T-Mobile for about 5 years but changed last year to a straight talk pre paid. For me, T-Mobile had great customer service but I always had a data dead zone on Greenhouse and Clay next to my house. It was just at the intersection. Well I bought a new phone that wasn't compatible with t-mobiles data at the time so I went with a prepaid that used AT&T network. Great 4g coverage but it had terrible customers service. So I tried T-Mobile out again now that my phone is compatible with them. I don't have lte, just 4g hspd+, and the data is really odd. It says I have 3g / 4g most of the time but my speed test fluctuate drastically. One test says I have.5Mbps data speeds and the next I have 10Mbps. So idk. This is the third day of having T-Mobile again so I'm going to keep testing out the speeds. Was this review helpful to you?
LTE data and calls work horrid. Call QUALITY equivalent to AM radio. Was this review helpful to you?
