In our 3-story town house, reception is good on the 3rd floor but only 1 bar on the 1st and 2nd floors (meaning calls get missed, and calls are impossible to make).

Very very poor service. I always have to stand in the middle of the street talk. Even thought the bars show atleast 3, you can never have a peaceful conversation. In a 2 minute conversation, I end up saying hello for more than 90 secs.

I am on my FOURTH Sprint cell phone and not one has been able to get reception at my house. I also don't get reception when driving past Bellaire High School, Meyerland Plaza, or at my office (when I get calls at my home or office I have to run outside). I have been with them since 2000 when I was younger and my parents payed for the service. Because they were paying for it I accepted it. Now that I am on my own I have changed to Verizon and the reception is great. The bills are much higher, but at the end of the day being able to actually use my cell phone is the most important quality for me.

Service is awful. We get no service inside the house. We have to stand in the middle of the street to get ATT calls. Quite inconvenient during rush hour.

When I step into my home I get one bar or my phone often goes into roam. If I am standing on the sidewalk infront of my house I get two bars, but I still drop 9 out of 10 calls. Sprint reception in this area is horrible.

Its a 50 50 chance that my cell will either lose reception or disconnect calls. Before I had a razor and I lost connection every single time I went past us 90 going South on the Belt toward Wallisville. Since I changed phones to a Samsung blast I don't have that problem any more, if u have problems with your T-Mobile I advise you complain, or change phones.

Excellent and consistent coverage indoors and out all over Houston (except at the 610 / Memorial Drive / RR tracks intersection by Memorial Park, where nobody I know of gets reception) as well as in Boston, New York City, Montreal, Seattle, Miami and their broad environs. Even works seamlessly in elevators. Only reception problems are in deep interiors of buildings built heavily of concrete. However, have had problems with customer service overseas and with handsets evidently designed to break down four months before the end of 2-year contracts.

Reception is never a problem inside or outside of my office building / parking garage... I can even continue a phone call while riding the elevators, without any dead pockets. People are always astonished and ask me quite frequently who my carrier is.

Never anything less than 100% service with T-Mobile, for 18 mos. running. Phones have worked without fail everywhere in the Houston area, Austin area, and down the coast to Corpus. Big improvement over Cingular's unpredictable service.

I have very good reception, 4 bars, outside of my apartment but I only get one bar inside of my apartment. A lot of people tease me about ahving Cricket but my service has been very good. Previously I had subscribe to almost every carrier expect NexTel.

I get 0 to 2 bars inside my house. Well actually I get 3-4 bars when not using the phone, but as soon as I push talk it drops to 0-2 bars. Always the call is dropped or the call goes in and out. Very embrassing for business! I am FUSTRATED with Sprint as they cannot help me at all. Our contract ends in September and we will switch. I highly do NOT recommend Sprint in the Meyerland Area!

I have had Verizon, and Sprint and Cingular / ATT in this house and Cinglar / ATT has been the best reception not only here but in office buildings in the different "downtows" of Houston as well as on the road. I don't use the internet much on the phone but we like the rollover minutes (are they going away?) and the family plan plus calling between people on this network is unlimited. I remember when Houston Cellular switched to Cingular and its coverages was really bad and had tons of dropped calls. It is much better since then, but now that it is ATT I am sure they will try to tweak the number of consecutive calls on their antennas and service could drop. Hope they don't.

I Have Sprint. In La Porte I only get 1 bar. I cant place a call over here. But in downtown I get all my bars on my cell. In My Home In Houston I get 2 or 3 bars. I can place and receive calls, but I get static sometimes. Overall I like Sprint but I prefer AT&T wireless.
