Horrible, despicable reception and service on most all voice calls in and around Houston, up and down Beltway, Westpark Tollway, Bellaire to Gulf Frwy. I can always rely on 2-3 dropped calls during 1 30 min conversation, very, very frustrating and embarrasing service, especially when on the phone with client, or my boss, if able to hold down a call, sounds like I am in a tunnel. Would love to cancel this crappy contract with T-Mobile it is really costing me major business since I don't want to risk having dropped calls on clients and contacts, btw data is s s s slow, unless tethered to wifi... ..patheticWas this review helpful to you?
Overall very bad reception. Sometime zero bars, sometimes up to 3. In general pretty bad.Was this review helpful to you?
Get no service at my home. May get one bar pop up now and then. Cannot call, text, get emails, internet. Might get call now and then but have to go outside for any reception. Have to get in the car and drive to another area to use my phone. On top of $85 a month for no service, buying an expensive Galaxy phone, and a big penalty to cancel, going to a Sprint store(can't make call at home)many times, and over 30 min chat online; all I get over and over from chat is "I am sorry, tempory situation, towers being updated." Worked in Katy, Tx last Sept-May, phone rarely worked there either, unless I went outside, still drops. Went to Ind. and Tn over summer and phone worked great. Tired of paying $85 mo and want out.Was this review helpful to you?
I do have to give a lot of props to AT&T. I have had all the major carriers, Verizon, Sprint, T-Mobile and even Cricket.. And AT&T is by far the best on everything, dependability and coverage by far the most important. Everywhere I go around Houston, or suburbs I get LTE services.. And if I don't "4G" is still very dependable and fast! The previous carrier I had was Sprint which was by far the worst of ALL! Horrid in-building LTE coverage.. I would walk in to work (6 story building) and anywhere near the elevators no service of LTE but with AT&T even get coverage in the elevator and hold a conversation. By far AT&T is the BEST carrier! No problems what so ever! Highly recommend it!Was this review helpful to you?

I receive absolutely no reception if I do the call is constantly breaking up. I have friends who say they call and receive a busy signal or goes straight to voicemail. This is so frustrating and annoying! Was this review helpful to you?
Since I signed up with Verizon the service has been awful. Instead of 4g LTE I receive 3g and hardly any bars. Lines break up and static. Was this review helpful to you?
The last few months has been awful! I NEVER have 3G or 4G data coverage. Most of the time I have no data signal. Texts come in when I leave work for home (where I can use wifi) and most of the time I can't even get a call to go out. It's not just my phone because my co-workers who have T-Mobile also get no data / signal here. Was this review helpful to you?
Same situation as everyone is having. Long term loyal Sprint customer. Then one day without any warning, the signal just dropped and it's been for months that I do not get calls, I receive text messages as sometimes 6-7 hours later. I called them and they told me that due to upgrade to LTE some of the towers are not functioning well. Was this review helpful to you?
