I have had Cingular for over 4 years. I had a problem with my old phone when I first got it, but Cingular customer service worked with me til it got fixed. I will stay with Cingular for a long time. Rollover minutes are a big plus, as well as the fact that most of my friends are now on Cingular, so I hardly ever use all my minutes!

Always have 5 bars wherever I go, except school cause they have blockers, but anywhere else and I have full service.

Usually have only one to two bars at home Calls are dropped most of the time. Even worse at FM 1960/ Foxwood Forest Blvd.

I've had T-Mobile for years and it always has good reception, the prices are just geting worse.

Although my phone may reflect 4 bars, consistantly-for 2 months-between the 4:00 and 8pm I am unable to get calls in and sometimes have problems making them. My phone is used as a business line and I receive complaints daily from clients / friends who get this recording "Due to Network difficulties your call can not be completed as dialed. Please try your call again later." After 5 years of service from this carrier, I am done. This phone and sim card were purchased yesterday as I was told it was probably causing the problem. While customer service typically has little problems when trying to reach me, they are not calling from this area and are not my clients..repeated attmepts to resolve the issue with no solution! See ya TMobile..Ill be waiting for a refund!

Repeated dropped calls. Even with 2-3 bars reception. Verizon changed hand set but nothing has worked. Now they tell me this Motorola has reputation of dropping calls. Now they want to sell me a new hand set with a contract extension! Better off cancelling contract and paying the penalty. My wife has Cingular and reception has increased two fold in the past month. Full signal on her old Nokia 3360 and it never drops a call even with one bar! Outside of Atasca Woods Motorola works OK. Needs full signal to work properly, or there is some tower conflict in this area.

Last Year I had ATT Wireless, then Cingular. Reception at the house was poor for ATT and below average for Cingular. I decided to go with a pay-as-you-go plansd and picked up a Virgin Mobile phoen and was plesantly suprise to get this good a reception
