Great service every where I go in Houston and across the country. I have had T-Mobile since december and have never dropped a call data is always 1mbps or more on average around 3mbps and have seen it peak up to 12mbps. Texting people has a success rate of 99% occasionally if I leave it in 3G only mode it will disconnect and not send msgs.

Everywhere I have been in the general Houston area I have had excellent service. I have never dropped a call since I had the phone in December. Most of the time I get better the same or better service then my Verizon phon I use to have. It seems T-Mobile has been improving there over all service in the area with the data speeds being even faster and my phone holding 3G over a 50min phone call period. I'am extremely happy with them.

Reception has gotten progressively worse in last month. We have to go outside to make phone calls. We have no bars in the house.

Voice Quality is okay, when you can get it. During peak usage times you have a hard time trying to make a call, you'll get a message saying the circuits are busy right now try making the call in a few minutes. Also their is only one tower in the area that i'am aware of. The internet varies from.10 speeds to a little over a megabyte depending on the time of day. I might be switching to T-Mobile because they have 3 or 4 towers in my area and their network is really fast in my area

We get no reception in our house what so ever. T-Mobile needs to fix this problem. Maybe it will be a good thing if they are bought out at least we can then get cell service.

Very good reception. I have travelled just about every where in Houston and never had a problem. I'm an ex Cricket, T-Mobile user. Both services sux and unrealiable when you are in need.

I love there coverage the only complaint is that the internet isn't as fast as it is in humble or Houston but it's still fast at 500mbps

Almost every day there are periods of no service at all where you can't receive or send texts or calls.

I have had Cingular for over 4 years. I had a problem with my old phone when I first got it, but Cingular customer service worked with me til it got fixed. I will stay with Cingular for a long time. Rollover minutes are a big plus, as well as the fact that most of my friends are now on Cingular, so I hardly ever use all my minutes!
