were told one of the towers near us had been damaged in February. Nothing has been done to fix it since our reception is still poor to none.

Everyday, I get dropped calls in this area. It's not the phone, since I recently bought a new one, and I had the same problem with my old Samsung phone. AT&T has horrible reception in North Irving.

Never had issues with my ATT service when I lived in DC. Since I have moved to Dallas, I get horrible reception. Dropped calls every day, at least 3-4 times per day. Kind of disappointed. Called customer care 5 times regarding the issue already and no solution.

AT&T Coverage sucks in North Irving. We're switching services because the AT&T coverage is unreliable to the point of being worthless.

I have seen very few of my family, friends and co-workers that are completely satisfied with there wireless service. As consumers we have rushed to the wireless feed bucket like starving cattle. Telecom companies have for 10 years now fed us, over all poor service and we eat it up like there is no other choice. Truth is all of the Telecom companies wireless service sux and we continue to accept it. I have heard the "Infrastructure excuse for 10 years now. I say bull kaka. We pay way too much for the so called "Service" that the Telecom industry charges for its substandard product. How many of you would keep buying cars that run well only in certain areas of town at certain times of the day? When auto's have as large a scale flaw as wireless service has, we get the government to force the auto manufacture to recall the lemons. What did we do with the power that consumers once held?

My service seems to be getting worse over the past few years. Before I could talk inside my apartment with at least 3 bars. Then I could talk if I stood near the door or windows. After that I had to move to the patio. Now I have to stand in the lawn about 10 feet from the building for my phone not to drop calls. Fairly stong reception 114 and O'Connor. Driving around DFW is sporadic. Seems I have all 5 bars until I make a call, then it gets dropped. Could be older phone. Can't decide if I should switch carriers or not... .

maximum signal varies from 3 bars down to zero. The Blackberry seems to be constantly re-trying to obtain a network connection. This is a significant degradation from 3 months ago, when the signal inside the house was 3-4 bars constantly.

Reception is very poor in Valley Ranch area. Must be because of the "valley" you drive into. I've called Cingular, they say they are working on it. Funny thing is I can see a cell phone tower from my patio.
