After talking with tech support I was told that I would be credited for going 2 weeks without reception, but I had to argue with 10 different representatives and be hung up on by one supervisor before I reached someone who actually contacted tech support and verified what I was telling them. I was constantly told that there was no outage and that the problem must lie with my phone, even after I informed them that a number of T-Mobile customers in this area were experiencing the same thing.
No amount of calling T-Mobile convinced them that there is no coverage in this area. After repeated calls, I was to turn my phone off and turn it back on. It worked but the signal strength is SO poor.
