att sucs, will lie cheat and steal from you, beware there is no more coverage here and I am being told they dont plan on improvements to this area !(Jacksonville) I was basicalley told I had been screwed by thier customer service after over a month of troubleshooting the lies they tell.there will be a lawsuit.

I can get service in my back bedroom, in front of the window, standing, and not make any sudden movements! Otherwise, forget it. I can set outside on the porch and get a few more bars, but then I have to contend with the wind noise, bugs, heat or cold! I had problems with Attell and switched to Cingular because most of my family had that service. I had problem with AT&T previously and swore I would never use any of their services again. Now Cingular could care less about me, the customer. My contract will soon be up -- sorry! I wanted cell phone for emergencies. The other week during the storm, the electricity was off for about 18 hours. The cordless landline was off and basically the cell phone was useless. I do have health problems so I need this service. This week, I was in town and attempted to contact my family. I started calling while in town and never reached them on the cell phone. HELP !

I get the message "no Service - SOS only" I am on oxygen and if my power goes out, the cell phone is the only communication Ihave. So, I guess I am in trouble!
