The beginning of 2011, I had great reception here at home. I have a clear wide open view of the sky North and South and East and West. I use to be able to walk and talk all over here, inside and outside. I have made my concerns very well known to AT and T. They have told me that a tower in Trenton, Tx is in need of repairs. That was about 10 months ago. 2 months ago I was told the same thing. I have been with this company since 2000, and have always sworn by it. For the first time ever, I am now about ready to find another service. Due to the lack of care and concern and respect to thier paying customers. If they lost all of us... . alot of them would be jobless. I am tired of other companys offering better plans, more options for your buck. AT&T needs to step up real quick and offer a better coverage areas and more bang for our bucks.

Works great in town and all the way to Mckinney Except for one spot on Hwy. 121 where the road dips It always drops the call there. Yall in the smaller towns There is no 4G out there 4G ends right after 380 in Mckinney

New company has Sprint tower right in Leonard. My phone NEVER cuts out. Service can be highly priced for extras, but I would not change carriers.
